After expanding all his energy on Shanti that provided him with new fund raising ideas, Ravi had a good night’s sleep – well rested and in peace. He knows funds will surely be raised for his new business venture soon enough.

The next morning, he got to work on that strategy… he began planning for the rest of Shanti’s apartment.

Bedrooms

He was going to fully furnish the remaining bedrooms, each with a different theme.

He also planned for each room to accommodate a different number of tenants, requiring rental fees to be on a per person basis.

Master Bedroom

This is Shanti’s room. He shall not touch it. He will leave it the way she has already furnished it. It will be her sanctuary where she can feel safe and rest from her fund-raising work.

First bedroom

For the first bedroom, it was going to be a cosy, homely and ordinary one. A full-length mirrored wardrobe along a wall. A lush king-sized bed in the middle. Colours will be neutral and light. For the regular tenant with vanilla taste. Either a single or a couple can rent this room.

This room is most likely for long term stayers.

Second Bedroom

This bedroom is long and large and will be rented out like a small dormitory to 6 people.

Three 2-level bunk beds will line its 2 walls. Each bunk bed came with 1 tall cabinets for 2 tenants to share. They can easily access the cabinet content from their beds.

A foldable mattress will be kept under one of the beds for Shanti’s fund-raising work.

The middle of the room must always be kept bare for the foldable mattress to be placed there.

This bedroom will be very spartan for the budget conscious.

The beds in this room can also be used for hourly rental.

Third and Final Bedroom

This room will be dungeon-themed with only one double bed for 1 or 2 tenants at the most. Much of the space is taken up for other things. For example, the room is well stocked with all kinds of toys, tools and gadgets.

• Floggers
• Chains, cuffs, ropes and straps
• Strong bars fixed to walls or ceiling; light and moveable walls that are compatible with the cuffs, chains and straps.
• Blindfolds and masks
• Dildos, vibrators and vibrating dildos of all kinds
• Nipple clamps
• Dog collars and leashes
• A moveable camera tripod stand for the tentant to use, and a few CCTV cameras fixed to various parts of the room which the tenant may choose to power on or off. Fees are chargeable if they wish to obtain the CCTV video clips from Ravi.
• Even an iron chainball that is permanently attached to the floor for safety

The bedframe had all the necessary contraptions that are compatible with all the toys and is situated diagonally in the middle of the room.

The room is kept dim and dark and windowless.

It’s walls are soundproofed.

Living Room

There was some space left in the Living Room and so Ravi got a convertible sofa to allow another tenant to sleep in the living room. This space will only be limited to a max of one 4-hour rental per week so that all the other tenants can still have a common space to chill for the rest of the week.

All Over

All over the rest of the apartment, Ravi installed steel hookson the walls here and there. Each space had at least 1 hook near the floor, one around waist height and one closer to the ceiling.

The two toilets had those too.

The kitchen had those too.

These steel hooks had curves large enough to easily restrain the dog leash, or the ropes, or the straps.

Photoshoots for advertising

He was swift. Almost everything was done in two weeks. All was completed just in time for the country to start a week long public holiday.

Ravi told Shanti not to bother to go home during her break. He will move into her apartment with her for the week.

That week, Ravi ravished his daughter daily with pure delight, joy and happiness.

On one hand, he was fulfilling his carnal desires daily without having to watch his back. The two of them were alone in that apartment. No one is going to walk in on them. Day and night, he took her.

On the other hand, he was creating the necessary pictures and videos for rental advertisement.

He had pictures of the various parts of the house.

In some of those pictures, Shanti was posing and presenting the room like a real estate agent.

In some of those pictures, Shanti looked like she just got ravished and was thrown onto the bed, or floor, or sofa… after men were done with her. Those were not posed pictures.

Why? You may be wondering. Why the different pictures?

Ravi was posting the formal and decent ones on general public advertising platforms. For the trashy ones, he was posting them on OnlyFans, social media platforms and other shopping platforms where people could do room bookings and make payment straight away.

He even emails out the trashy ones to his network of special friends. They need not know who the girl in the picture is. It should not matter to them. What mattered was they were helping to build their friend’s business while enjoying immediate returns.

Ravi was smart. All the professional shots were done on the first day, so that Shanti would look happy and naturally beautiful. From the 2nd day of shoots onwards, how she felt or looked didn’t matter anymore. What was more important was how Ravi and the viewers felt.

It was a satisfying week of photoshoots with a professional photographer and his all-male team, which Ravi allowed them to ravish Shanti too.

On the first day of shoots, Shanti felt like a super model. Everyone fussed over her and made her look good.

By this time, she knew that her father was not just renting out the rooms. But she did not know what the advertising strategy was at all. Day 2 was a rude shock when Ravi came towards her to rip her professional clothes off while the photographer scampered to capture as many shots as possible.

Every step of the way, camera lights kept flashing. This was the dungeon room.

One of the strong team members carried Shanti to the vanilla room and dressed her up while she laid dazed and horrified by what just happened. It was a new low for her. Just dad and her alone was one thing. But to have it happen unexpectedly with a team of men snap pictures of the process was extremely degrading.

Just when she was fully dressed, a man pounced on top of her while she was still laying in her bed and began ripping her clothes off. Once again, lights flashed about, shutters clicked. Shanti was treated like a ragdoll. When the deed was completed, she was left completely naked faced down on the lush king bed… her hair in complete disarray.

When the 3rd day came, they repeated the same acts in the same 2 rooms because the photographer said he missed some elements.

Shanti felt wickedly dealt with and trembled as she submitted herself to the treatment.

When the 4th day came, it was time to shoot the dorm room. They managed to get 6 men of various ages and sizes to pose as tenants. The pictures that were going to be taken today were going to show how wonderful it was to rent and live in this room.

The foldable mattress was laid onto the floor in the middle of the room.

The men were told to pose in various positions on the 6 beds, and all of them were told to look down toward the mattress, each touching their dicks in whichever way they preferred.

Shanti was posed on the mattress laying down with one knee up, hair disheveled and a white translucent dress torn and thrown over her lower abdomen.

Lights flashed. Shutters clicked. Models and Shanti were occasionally directed to adjust their poses. Shanti felt nervous the entire time as she looked up and saw all those eyes on her.

“That’s a wrap!” shouted the photographer. And the team left the room with all their camera equipment. Shanti was pleasantly surprised that nothing else happened. She sat up from the mattress on the floor looking puzzled but somewhat reliefed.

The male models began to clamour down from the beds. As soon as the last model touched the floor, Ravi had already almost closed the bedroom door fully. But before it was fully closed, he cheered the models on… “help yourself to your payment. hope you enjoy.”

There was a click and the room door was completely closed… with the 6 male models and Shanti still in the room. The male models claimed their payment… rather aggressively.
